- International Orders – Exchange and refunds are not applicable for overseas shipments.

- Approval & Reverse Pickup – If eligible, we arrange doorstep pickup for select locations. Customers may also self-ship the item.
- Inspection & Processing – Once received, your item undergoes quality verification, and refunds or exchanges are completed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders – Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds are issued via store credit or bank transfer.
- Shipping Fees(if applicable) remain non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
